VtCowPhunk I find the wide difference opinion on this show fascinating. Been seeing Phish since '94 and toured from my couch for this. While the setlist from the first set was excellent, I didn't think it was that good save for the Melt which was fantastic. In particular, watching Trey up close it seemed like he was off a bit and searching for something.

On the contrary, the 2nd set was outstanding. Almost all of it was interesting, esp. the Chalkdust but the 2001>Sally>BOTT was a pure shakedown dance party. Nonstop grooves for 40ish minutes. 2001>Sally alone was cow funk that had me reminiscing about Fall '97. Great stuff. However, stating that it was better than the Hall of Fame Memphis '99 version is totally absurd and almost disrespectful.

Anyway, great show overall and the fact they're playing this well 40 years in is simply amazing. is a non-commercial project run by Phish fans and for Phish fans under the auspices of the all-volunteer, non-profit Mockingbird Foundation.

This project serves to compile, preserve, and protect encyclopedic information about Phish and their music.
