11/14/91  Cat's Cradle, Chapel Hill, NC

Outside of Trey's repetitive "Hello"s, this opening is
fairly standard.  Perhaps a little slower than usual (much
slower than the recent Tweezer openings).  Typical
screaming on Ebeneezer, with Trey doing more repetitive
Hellos, along with Mike.. ;)

Jam segment at 4:40, with Trey and Mike squawking and
groaning as they play notes here and there.. highly
amusing! Bwaahahaha.. doesn't last too long tho..

Some VERRRRRY funky licks in here from Mike, and
melodious, repetitive noodling from Trey.  This is a
fantastic, very goovy Tweezer jam, folks.. very unusual
for 1991 (thanks Craig!).   Trey's gentle noodling is very
thematic, and Page's accompaniment is very on point.  One
of those "clearly listening to each other" sorts of
grooves.. Mike is still keeping that same funky bass
line...

Around 8:15, though, the jam is typically tweezeresque in
its madness.. Trey's climbing up the 'doc in here, Page is
throwing down typical Tweezer chords, and Mike is fooling
around more with that funky groove.  These final few
minutes are more typical of 1991.. very tweezeresque
jamming, soloing from Trey... nothing melodious.
Tension/Release.. Tension/Release..  Nothing truly
awe-inspiring or especially original in these final few..
oh well.  THE NOTE at 10:58, and then the dying out of the
jam.. which is typical for the 'ole '91 versions.  Total
time 11:55.  5.5 rating.  "Harpua!  Harpua!" from an
audience member.. then A-Train.. ;)
